How it works
Usher is charged on the harvest itself. The rate depends only on how the land is watered:
- Rain-fed / naturally watered: 10% (1/10th)
- Irrigated (wells, canals, tube-wells): 5% (1/20th)
You can measure by weight (kg) and give grain, or by value (PKR) and give cash.
